Pull Your Weight I
By combining general strength, proper form, and conditioning, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your flexibility to the test. Great for beginners!
Vertical Strength
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. This program is 6 weeks (3x/week) and requires previous completion of 6-10 sessions of Pull Your Weight 1.
Beach Physique
This 12 week program (3x/week) is hypertrophy focused with high rep ranges in the weight room to give you the summer body year round!
Pull Your Weight II
Here we incorporate cardio intervals in the weight room to help you build leaner and more stable muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least six sessions of Pull Your Weight I.
Muscle Gain
This 12 week program (3x/week) is designed to build vast strength while growing your muscles and incorporating mobility/flexibility each day to keep your muscles and joints happy!
Booty Builder
This 12 week program (3x/week) is designed to grow all lower body muscles while focusing on an array of flexibility/mobility movements to ensure consistent progress, and to keep the muscles and joints happy!
Speed & Agility
This class requires no completion of any class listed above. Sign up and improve your athleticism with just an hour each day!

Elite Basketball & Speed Camp
When available, these camps are designed to make you grow as an athlete all around. We will discuss the importance of attention to detail in your training, the work it takes to earn a full ride scholarship and maintain it, the intricacies of being a professional athlete, the truth about athletic potential, and most importantly being a leader but also a servant of your teammates! — This wins championships!
